• Once the proposal is agreed upon, the client must confirm the order in writing or via email to initiate the service.

Payment Terms

• Payment methods include Bank Transfer as the primary option.
• On client demand, we may generate payment links that accept payments through Mastercard, Visa, and other major cards.
• For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones. Each milestone payment must be completed before proceeding to the next phase.
• All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery of Services

• Delivery timelines will be provided in the proposal or agreement.
• Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of feedback, or other client-related issues are not our responsibility.
• All completed work will be delivered via agreed communication channels (e.g., email, cloud storage, website upload).

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled by the client at any stage before the project begins without penalty.
• Once the project has commenced, any cancellation will result in a deduction of 30% of the total project fee to cover initial work and consultation efforts.
• Refunds are not available for completed services.
• If a service is terminated by the client before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Changes and Revisions

• Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope of the project.
• Significant changes or additional work beyond the original agreement will be billed separately.

Liability

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of our services or unauthorized changes made by the client or third parties.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Confidentiality

• We respect the privacy of our clients and agree not to disclose any confidential information related to their projects without consent.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unethical or unlawful activities.
